This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

Ephraim's historic Anderson Dock and Warehouse is a popular Door County attraction. The Warehouse houses an art gallery, and its exterior walls bear the names of many people and boats that have visited. Shuttered for the season, it lends color to a grey November day. Peninsula State Park's Eagle Bluff rises in the background across the waters of Green Bay.
About Bill Pohlmann
I'm a Wisconsin native, currently living in the St. Paul, Minnesota area. I've been taking pictures since I was a child, and my first "real" camera was a Nikon 35mm SLR I received as a gift in my college days. But photography didn't become a serious interest until 2005, when I purchased my first digital camera. Suddenly, I found myself freed from the constraints of film, and the instantaneous feedback of the camera display had me experimenting with different settings and pushing the shutter button like a madman. Since then, I've logged about half a million exposures. I grew up in Manitowoc, Wisconsin along the shores of Lake Michigan, and return regularly to visit family. I also spend a lot of time at my family's lake cottage...
